The only time I go to :poop: namepoos.com anymore is when there is a link to it in a domaining blog, usually for a request to purchase domains or an interesting thread, but that is pretty rare. Haven't been to dnforum in ages, that used to be my go to.

Godaddy used to be so much better. I miss the days when they put out coupons, and you could get some really good deals on registrations and renewals. I remember going to the forums and looking to see what the latest Godaddy coupons were that were still active.

In the 2000's, especially the early 2000's, you could create a one page site on a good keyword domain, with some text and ads, and get it listed on the first page of Google. Or at least get good search traffic to it. Today that would be really hard without a lot of real work.
