I don't think he was referring to any one domain but the cumulative amount of offers that were not accepted. He could answer you directly on that, but thought of chiming in as we all have done this in life, be it in domains, real estate or other investments.

I didn't sell two domains to the same end user, but was in negotiation with one and then he backed out. I have gone through the same Lawyer more than twice and recently almost completed a third sale. I have done more than one with Bill here and many other brokerage houses in the past.

This is one area I agree with Rick. The valuations provided by Godaddy and Estibot are absolutely garbage. I wonder why they would do that to themselves, since they make a cut in the purchases they successfully complete. Trashing the value of domains on their site and then trying to "educate"...

But I can kind of understand your concern in trying to know if the domain was used for adult or fraudulent purposes...
