CIRA does not audit or monitor content of these messages but we do verify the email address of the sender before sending the message to the registrant email on file.     In the interim you could try the RDAP interface: https://rdap.ca.fury.ca/rdap/domain/domain.ca which provides the same results but less readable.

    That's a known bug and is being worked on as we speak. Its an issue with the website interface to WHOIS, not an issue with WHOIS itself.
